Acceptance of grain at the elevator begins with weighing. A car or railway warehouse passes through scales, where the weight of imported raw materials is determined. Here, grain samples are taken for the laboratory.

The design of the Europlatform Axiom – its creation is based on an orthotropic design with closed trapezoidal stiffeners, which are used as a support for the flooring. This proven type of construction is used in the design and construction of road bridges and meets European reliability requirements.
The thickness of the euro platform is up to 32 cm (thickness of the euro platform), which made it possible to reduce the deflection of the loading platform: with a load of 96 tons, its deflection is only 7 mm, while the deflection of the platform of the channel structure is 28 mm.
The service life of the scales is 1.5 times longer due to the reduction of the deflection of the load-receiving platform of the scales. The estimated service life is more than 20 years and the reserve of distributed overload is 200%.
The design of the loading platform is sealed and not prone to corrosion from the inside – the loading modules are welded with a continuous seam in the environment of protective gases. Due to the modularity of the design, it was possible to achieve ease of transportation, due to generational execution – savings on metal, which had a favorable effect on the price of “Axiom” car scales.
Liquidity – due to high operational characteristics, the degree of wear and tear of the loading platform is low, therefore “Axiom” scales can always be resold by you at a favorable price.
Complete with weight sensors made of structural steel with a nickel coating, manufactured using laser welding, manufactured by Zemic USA inc. – factory electronics that have quality certificates and are entered in the State Register not only of Ukraine, but also of many other countries of the world.
The overload margin of the strain gauges is 275%, so the scales can work continuously at peak loads without any damage to the scale readings.
Scales with the Europlatform “Axiom” can work in the temperature range from -30 to +50 Celsius, as the electronics are adapted to our climatic conditions.
It is completely dust- and moisture-proof, so the sensors can work even under water.
Scales are manufactured in a specially equipped workshop in accordance with the technical conditions of TU U 28.2-35659310-001 valid until: 2013;
The platform undergoes anti-corrosion treatment and two-layer painting.
Before shipment to the customer, control assembly and control tests of scales are carried out for compliance with the declared characteristics in accordance with the European DSTU EN 45501.
Assembly within one day at the place of installation of scales and commissioning work is carried out by the company’s specialists.
